Crofton School Disco Reunion and Retirement Party!
The School Reunion Band and The Live Karaoke Band will join forces for The Crofton School Reunion Disco and celebrate the retirement of teaching legend Ken Shearsmith.
Ken Shearsmith worked at Crofton School from its opening in the 1970s and used to organise 'The Heat' which were monthly school discos.
So what better way to celebrate 40 wonderful years than to have a 48 hour party?!
The celebrations will start on Friday 30 September with 'The Heat Reunion' and will finish on Saturday 1 October, at Ferneham Hall in Fareham, with the live school disco band The School Reunion Band and sister act The Live Karaoke Band, the country's favourite rockaoke and bandeoke experience.
All proceeds from the weekend will go towards the fantastic Mustard Seed Songs charity, of which Ken is a trustee, which support students who choose to take time off from their studies to work voluntarily in third world countries.
